Welcome to Staffer.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Staffer.ai platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Staffer.ai AS ("Staffer.ai", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Staffer.ai provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that enables Employers to source, assess, and manage Candidates. The Service includes:
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Employers must register for an account to access the Service. When registering, you agree to:
Employer accounts may include workspaces that support multiple users with configurable access settings. The account owner is responsible for managing user permissions and ensuring all users comply with these Terms.
Candidates may create accounts to apply for jobs, participate in interviews, manage their profiles, and communicate with Employers through the platform.

Staffer.ai and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Staffer.ai's trademarks, logos, or branding.
Employers retain all intellectual property rights in the Content they upload to the Service, including job descriptions, company information, and recruitment materials. By uploading Content, you grant Staffer.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process such Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Candidate data processed through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Staffer.ai may retain and use Candidate data in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with candidate sourcing, matching, scoring, and interviews. You acknowledge that:
AI interviews are conducted through our third-party interview provider. Interview recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated assessments are shared with the relevant Employer. Candidates have the right to request human review of AI-generated insights.
Employers are responsible for ensuring their use of AI Features complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Staffer.ai monitors AI systems for fairness but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Employers using the Service to process Candidate data may be required to enter into a Data Processing Agreement with Staffer.ai.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including:
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Staffer.ai is not responsible for third-party services except as expressly stated in these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
STAFFER.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
Candidate data sourced from third-party providers is provided as-is. Staffer.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if Staffer.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Staffer.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Oslo, Norway. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Staffer.ai regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Staffer.ai's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Staffer.ai's prior written consent. Staffer.ai may assign these Terms without restriction.
